My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gasthaus Zum Kreuz in the heart of the picturesque Black Forest. The warm welcome from the family-run establishment truly set the tone for our stay, showcasing their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction.Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome drink that instantly made us feel at home. The cozy rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.One of the highlights of our stay was the Panorama wellness area, where we indulged in the Finnish sauna and relaxed in the stunning panoramic relax area. The serene atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Black Forest added an extra layer of tranquility to our experience.In the mornings, we enjoyed a hearty buffet breakfast in the restaurant, where we savored regional cuisine and seasonal specialties. The homemade cakes on offer were a delightful treat that perfectly complemented our morning coffee.During our stay, we also took advantage of the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel, which made exploring the nearby Thurnerspur cross-country ski trail and other attractions a breeze. The combination of authentic Bavarian hospitality, modern amenities, and stunning natural beauty made our family getaway truly memorable.
